Answer: We believe in quality. We can ensure you the quality of our products as we deeply monitor for each and every product from sourcing till delivery.
5. How much is delivery charge?
Answer: We charge 50TK for delivery within Dhaka city. If the order value is more than 3000 tk and order placed through our website delivery charges are FREE. Outside Dhaka courier service charges applicable.
6. What are your delivery hours?
Answer: We deliver from 8AM to 10PM every day.
7. Do you operate in my area?
Answer: Currently we are serving all Dhaka city. However; some parts of Old town we serve only Friday.
8. I want to cancel my order.

9. I did not like the product what can I do now?
Answer: We have very simple and fast return and replacement policy. Please call our complain department within 24 hours from the delivered time. As soon as we hear from you we will arrange for return or replacement.

11. What happen if my product is rotten / damaged or missing items ?
Answer: Sometimes it may happen during transportation time and weather condition. We would like to suggest when you receive delivery please check every items. If you find something is not satisfactory you can return to our delivery man. However; still if later on you find your product is not good enough please call our complain department we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
12. What if I forget my password for the website?
Answer: You do not need to memories any password. You will receive an OTP on your phone for each login to our website.
13. How do I pay?
Answer: You can pay us by Visa Debit card , Master Debit card , Amex card, bKash transfer , Nogod account transfer, also we have Cash on delivery.
14. How long it will take to get my order delivery?
Answer: Usually , we deliver on the next following day. However; we do deliver within 72 hours from the order placed time.
15. Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Answer: Yes , we have courier service delivery in operation to every city in Bangladesh.
